Welcome to UBI Lab Food

UBI Lab Food is part of the UBI Lab Network. Our aim is to build a community of people and organisations interested to explore the role of UBI in supporting a food system transformation. This blog is a space where we share insights, stories, and updates about our projects, research, and events. Join us in the journey towards a more sustainable and equitable food system.

Meet the team

UBI Lab Food is run by its members.

Here are some of the people who play an active role in organising the work of the Lab.

We are always looking for new members.
If you would like to join, get in touch.

Remco Peters: Co-chair

Remco is a research associate at The University of Bristol. He's worked internationally tackling nutrition and other health issues in both academia and the humanitarian sector. He is convinced systemic changes are required to halt the ever-increasing rates of nutrition and other chronic health issues globally. Remco believes UBI has an important role to play in this. He is particularly interested in what a UBI can do to help transform food systems equitably.
